What is happening with Affiny?
We have decided to discontinue Affiny in 2024 to be able to focus on other services.
When was Affiny discontinued?
Affiny was discontinued on March 28, 2024. From that moment onwards, you are no longer be able to use Affiny's services.
What happened to my profile, contacts, content & messages?
You no longer have access to your account as from March 28, 2024 and your profile and account were closed. Your account data were deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
What happens to the auto-renewal of my subscription?
We have phased out our auto-renewals. Subscriptions were completely stopped on March 28, 2024.
Will I be entitled to a refund of my purchases?
All current subscriptions were closed on March 28, 2024. Generally, payment timing and deadlines are such that refunds should not occur. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer service team at customercare@help.affiny.co.uk
Can I still register on Affiny?
It is no longer possible to use Affiny services.
